Singer Sonu Nigam has sold his 3,082 square feet commercial property in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex for Rs 18 crore. Nigam had purchased the ground floor space in November 2023 for Rs 14.30 crore. Meanwhile, singer Kailash Kher also sold his office space in the same building for Rs 10.75 crore, registering a profit.
