Deepak Reddy Named Next CEO of Bajaj General Insurance

Bajaj General Insurance has approved the appointment of Deepak Reddy as its Chief Executive Officer Designate, effective January 1, 2027. He will take charge as Managing Director and CEO on April 1, 2027, subject to regulator IRDAI’s approval.

Current head Tapan Singhel will continue leading the company until March 31, 2027, to ensure a smooth leadership transition. Reddy brings over three decades of financial services experience, having held leadership roles at Bajaj Finance and Manappuram Finance.
