The Delhi High Court dismissed a petition by AISA president Neha Bora challenging a police notice asking her to furnish a personal bond of ₹10,000 to "maintain peace during an inquiry" following her participation in the "Lehra Do Tiranga" march on October 16. The court ordered the SEM to provide Bora with relevant material, but rejected her claim that the notice was vague and factually incorrect. Bora was detained ahead of the march and released on October 17.
