The Delhi High Court dismissed a petition by student leader Neha Bora challenging a notice issued by a special executive magistrate, directing her to furnish a personal bond of Rs 10,000 to maintain peace during an inquiry into alleged protests. Bora had argued that no material had been disclosed to establish a breach of peace. The court upheld "adequate safeguards" and allowed Bora to receive all materials before any order was passed.
